All hire charges start from and finish at Marble Arch W1 (Central London). The travel allowances from this point to the collection point and vice versa are as follows: Central London 30 minutes, Heathrow & City Airport 1 hour, Gatwick, Biggin Hill, Luton, Stansted & Farnborough Airports 1hr 30 minutes and Southampton and Dover Docks 2 hours. Minimum Hire three hours.
- Excess will be charged at the time and mileage rate or the hourly rate, whichever is the greater.
- All vehicles are equipped with cellular phones for client use. All calls are charged at £0.75 per minute excluding VAT at the current rate.
- Car parking and any admission fees will be charged at cost.
- All hire charges are rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes.
- Airport waiting time will be imposed 30 minutes after the plane has landed and will be charged by 30 minutes or part thereof.
- Cancellations made by account customers within two hours of the collection time will be subject to the minimum charge. There is a discretional charge for cancellations made outside of this time and within twenty four hours of collection time.
- Cancellations by all other customers are subject to twenty-four hours notice.
- Rates are subject to alteration without prior notification. All account holders will be notified of any price increases.
- If it is necessary for our chauffeurs to have overnight accommodation this will be charged at £100.00 excluding VAT at the current rate.
- A surcharge of 50% will be added to the current tariff for services provided over the Christmas public holidays.
- In the event where a passenger has an excess of baggage, we reserve the right to refuse any luggage or property in our vehicles which in our opinion may result in the vehicle being damaged or unsafe to drive.
- We accept no responsibility for delays howsoever caused.
- We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried within or on our vehicles howsoever such loss or damage may be caused.
- Our vehicles are insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under English law. However, whilst every care is always taken, customers’ personal property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage thereto. Customers are therefore advised to ensure that they carry adequate and relevant travel insurance.
- All hires must be fully paid in advance except where the hirer has a credit account wherein payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice.
- We expressly prohibit any person other than our chauffeurs to drive our vehicles.
- All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards and impose a 3% handling fee.
- Account facilities available, subject to reference.
- All gratuities are at the discretion of the hirer.

- Our vehicles are non smoking at all times
